Second Path Justice | Restorative Justice Education Project
Second Path Justice, or SPJ, is an independent project created to inform, educate, and expand awareness about restorative justice. SPJ is focused on helping attorneys, judges, policymakers, incarcerated individuals, people awaiting trial, and families better understand how restorative justice can support accountability, healing, rehabilitation, and mental health.
This project is still developing, but its purpose is clear: to help build a justice system that recognizes people as more than their worst mistakes and creates real opportunities for restoration and a second path forward.
Second Path Justice is building conversations and outreach in key legal, policy, and community-centered regions across the United States. SPJ’s current areas of engagement include:
New York City
Washington, D.C.
Los Angeles
The Bay Area
Through these regions, SPJ seeks to connect with legal professionals, elected officials, firms, conferences, students, advocates, and justice-focused organizations interested in restorative justice, rehabilitation, mental health, and second chances.
Second Path Justice is an independent educational project.
